Flexibility is the keynote of our carefully planned Conference facilities, which are ideal for meetings, seminars and exhibitions.

Our two suites can accommodate a number of delegates from 12 to 80 and can be arranged in any style, from theatre to boardroom. Included at no extra cost with our Conference room hire are Tea & Coffee facilities, Flip Charts, Writing Pads, Pencils, Pens, Water & Cordials and a Stationery Kit.

If required, our friendly Reception team can assist you with photocopying, typing, or fax facilities, charged as required. Our Conference team will be happy to assist you with all of your catering needs.

At The Town & Country Lodge you’ll find an experienced team ready to assist with every aspect of your business function, ensuring that all your needs are attended to swiftly and efficiently. For training days, interviews, seminars, meetings, conferences – or just to be able to concentrate away from the office for a while – we’ll do our best to make business a pleasure for you.

With masses of free parking and easy access from Bristol International Airport, Temple Meads Railway Station and the M4 / M5 motorway network, the Town & Country Lodge is the logical choice.

We specialize particularly in daytime meetings and welcome any number of delegates from as few as 12 to as many as 80. You can hire a function room for a day, or any part of a day – with or without meals, or you can choose one of our all-inclusive packages.

All rates include service & VAT at 20%. Prices correct at the time of going to print but the Town & Country Lodge reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Conditions of Booking: ~

Confirmation is required in writing or with a credit/debit card.
The Conference Manager must agree any deviation from our standard payments. Whilst every effort is made to hold prices down, we reserve the right to alter them in the event of market increases. Prices charged will be those applicable on the day of the Conference. Minimum number for conferences packages are 25. Minimum catering number for Buffets is 12 delegates. Discounts can be available when making a series of bookings. Please consult our Conference Manager for details. Cancellations are to be made in writing, fax or email. Our cancellation policy is 5 days. Cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.
